All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every TNUCK piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to find your perfect fit.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your original order confirmation or packing slip

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene liners
  • Sportswear showing signs of wear or use during physical activity

All other products including Coverups, Dresses, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, and Tops are eligible for returns when they meet our guidelines.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the packing slip or order confirmation included.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Processing Timeline

  • Inspection & Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
