Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation or packing slip.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged)
- Sportswear (if the item shows signs of wear or has been used for physical activity)
All other products, including Coverups, Dresses, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, and Tops, are eligible for returns and exchanges as long as they meet our return guidelines.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the following address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
